Privacy Policy

This site, energyscienceconference.com, is operated by A & P Electronic Media (Emediapress.com). It is an information page about the Energy Science & Technology Conference; it sells nothing itself and collects almost nothing.

What we collect

The only personal data collected on this site is the name and email address you type into the Energy Times signup form. It goes to AWeber, our email provider, and is used only to send you the Energy Times newsletter. Every email has an unsubscribe link. We never sell or rent email addresses.

Storage on your device

The newsletter popup uses your browser’s localStorage only to remember that it has been shown (a date, and a flag if you signed up), and sessionStorage to remember that you closed it during this visit. Neither holds personal data. This site sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics or advertising trackers.

Third parties

AWeber receives the signup form, as above.
Emediapress.com: links to the conference page and recorded presentations open Emediapress.com, where its own privacy policy applies.
Our web host keeps standard server logs (IP address, pages requested, time) for security and operation.

Purchases

All purchases happen on Emediapress.com and are covered by its privacy policy.
