Aaron Murakami has a Bachelors of Science in Natural Health and is a founder and organizer of the Energy Science & Technology Conference as well as A & P Electronic Media. He has open sourced many gigabytes of his work in Energetic Forum for many years – that includes his work on the plasma ignition, the “Gray Tube”, the water fuel cell technology, and others. He is also a founder of Energetic Forum and Energy Science Forum, which has a combined membership of over 130,000. Aaron is committed to the development and distribution of highly disruptive information. He is a former health food store owner and has spearheaded many ventures. He is a consultant to several technology groups. His books include The Quantum Key, Course in Mind Power and Redox Signaling Molecules. His invention of the world’s most efficient plasma ignition system that actually ignites water in an engine has been awarded a U.S. Patent. At the 2017 ESTC, his presentation Hacking the Aether set a new standard for a simple to understand Unified Field model based on a dynamic and fluid Aether.

We’ll show the latest with a demo and will discuss availability of this most highly coveted machine! Will also be giving an update on some enhancements coming for the Bedini RPX Sideband Generator.
Stephane has been working in the automotive industry for 20 years and has a Master Degree in mechanical engineering. He held mostly leading positions in manufacturing, general management and development in the field of complex automotive systems and has over 10 years China work experience. After self-studying non-mainstream-physics and technologies for several years, he is devoted to putting such technologies into practice, using his industrial background. He is a Rife enthusiast with significant experience in the Rife-Prioré circuit from John Bedini.

PRESENTATION 2: RED LIGHT POWER – Aaron has over 20 years experience with therapeutic light devices and worked with Charles T. McGee, MD and Rodger Q. Estes in Chee Energy in the early 2000s. Both Dr. McGee and Rodger worked with several pioneers in the light healing field including an aerospace engineer who built the first ever Red LED device back in 1981, which was used for healing purposes. Chee Energy was the first company in the world to offer light healing devices using the Nogier Frequency set, which was intended to be used on people. Before then, it was exclusively used by holistic veterinarians such as Dr. Marvin Caine, the father of equestrian acupuncture who worked on Kentucky Derby winners and other high-end thoroughbreds. At the time, there were only a few companies in the United States manufacturing light healing devices compared to today, which many of them are simply copying the successful methods that were proven successful by Chee Energy. The healing light industry has come a long way since then, but unfortunately, many companies are charging ridiculously high prices for glorified flashlights and many that are frequency based are using frequencies that were simply concocted out of thin air and have no experimental or theoretical basis for being used. There are a few exceptions, but this is the general rule. It is Aaron’s goal to lay out the basics of what light healing is and how it works and even how to build your own system that is superior in performance that only costs a fraction of what most companies are charging. The presentation will also touch on other aspects of energy healing and the acupuncture meridian system.
RS STAFFORD – One of the most prolific builders and replicators in the Free Energy, alternative energy field. RS has been following and building John Bedini’s technologies before most people ever heard of a Bedini SG. At the 2017 ESTC, he presented “POOR MAN’S SPLIT THE POSITIVE BATTERY SWAPPER”.
PRESENTATION 2: RS will share a brief update on Bedini’s large “Ferris Wheel” motor that was demonstrated with an estimated COP of 3.0 (3 times more work being done than is lost from the input batteries). RS is the new owner of this machine and you will learn what is in store.
Dr. Jack Hanlon has a PhD in EE from the University of Arizona, 1970. Has researched advanced laser resonators for high power lasers at the Air Force Weapons Lab in Albuquerque, NM, 1970-1977. He was an optical Engineer for large laser fusion systems built at Los Alamos National Laboratory, 1977-2005. During that time, he also worked on many classified and unclassified projects at the Laboratory. After retirement in 2005, he became interested in alternative energy machines. With several other retired LANL friends, they analyzed, built and tested a QEG starting in about 2015. That machine now resides in his garage, where they ran many tests on the machine trying to discover the principles of over unity operation and discover if the QEG can really be configured as a 40 KW self-looped generator, as shown in a well-known YouTube video. He is 81 years old.
PRESENTATION: THE SECRET POWER SOURCE FOR OVER UNITY SWITCHED RELUCTANCE GENERATORS – Dr. Hanlon believes over unity electrical machines have been built and even demonstrated many times at the ETSC and other places; however, he has never heard a complete explanation of “how they work” that will stand up to the skepticism of a conventionally trained mathematician, physicist or engineer. The explanations always seem to involve some “mysterious” source of power or slightly nebulous use of magnetism. The missing piece is always: what is the source of the extra power? Since we have been unable to answer this question in a satisfactory way, the technology is put in the realm of “voodoo” science, and it is not seriously considered by the larger traditional scientific community. He believes this holds back the wide spread and rapid development of this important technology and limits the developers to a small community of experimenters. If this technology is “real”, and he believes it is, then we should be able to give a solid and complete explanation for it based on traditional physics, mathematics and engineering principles. That is the goal of this presentation. Dr. Hanlon thinks David Squires put it well in his 2012 ETSC conference presentation. He said: “You can’t engineer what you don’t fully understand”.
Over the last few years, and really quite recently, he believes he put the final pieces of the puzzle together. The search has been aided by discussions with friends, and the work, books, and explanations from past ETSC presentations. The good news is that over unity switched reluctance generator technology can be explained by traditional science and engineering principles using a relatively new, well established but not widely known mathematical system called Geometric Algebra. There is no “mystery”.
Paul Babcock has twenty-nine years of experience in industrial electronic applications, as a technician, training specialist, service manager, project manager and applications and design engineer. Paul has worked with public entities and private organizations in fields ranging from avionics, power generation, telephony and alternative energy. He has broad experience designing and implementing custom communication and electronics systems in both the public and private sectors, and in developing large-scale communications solutions for the oil and gas industry. Paul is recognized for his expertise in alternative energy systems and power generation for companies and individuals, especially in remote locations. Over the course of 7 years as a finance professional, Seth has occupied several multifaceted positions across import/distribution, banking, and manufacturing. Seth spent his college summers laboring as a machine operator at Sytech, Inc, a custom sheet metal fabrication manufacturer in Spokane, WA, where he now serves as the company financial controller.

James DeMeo, PhD, is Director of the Orgone Biophysical Research Laboratory, a high-altitude research facility in the Siskiyou Mountains near to Ashland, Oregon, exhibiting optimal conditions for sensitive orgone energy experiments. He formerly served on the faculty of Geography at the University of Kansas, Illinois State University, University of Miami and University of Northern Iowa, presenting courses on Earth, Atmospheric and Environmental Science. He was the first to undertake natural scientific research in a mainstream university investigating Wilhelm Reich’s controversial discoveries, subjecting those ideas to rigorous testing, with positive verification of the original findings. His published works include dozens of articles, compendiums and books, such as The Orgone Accumulator Handbook, In Defense of Wilhelm Reich, and Saharasia. He was editor of the compendiums On Wilhelm Reich and Orgonomy and Heretics’ Notebook, and of the journal Pulse of the Planet, and co-editor for the German-language compendium Nach Reich: Neue Forschung zur Orgonomie.

PRESENTATION: COSMIC ETHER EXISTS: CORRECTING A MAJOR ERROR IN MODERN SCIENCE – This presentation covers the historical ether-drift experiments, how even Michelson-Morley got positive results, as did others (ie, Dayton Miller), and how those findings were defeated politically, but never scientifically, mostly by the followers of Einstein. I have a book in preparation on this subject. The Miller-type of motional entrained material ether is quite similar to Reich’s orgone energy.
Professor Robert M. Haralick received a B.A. degree in mathematics from the University of Kansas in 1964, a B.S. degree in electrical engineering in 1966, and a M.S. degree in electrical engineering in 1967. In 1969, after completing his Ph.D. at the University of Kansas, he joined the faculty of the electrical engineering department, serving as professor from 1975 to 1978. In 1979 he joined the electrical engineering department at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, where he was a professor and director of the spatial data analysis laboratory. From 1984 to 1986 he served as vice president of research at Machine Vision International, Ann Arbor, MI and occupied a Boeing Professorship in the department of electrical engineering at the University of Washington from 1986 through 2000. At UW, he was an adjunct professor in the computer science and bioengineering department. In 2000 Professor Haralick accepted a Distinguished Professorship position at the computer science department of the Graduate Center, City University of New York. At the 2016 Energy Science & Technology Conference, he presented: Paramagnetic and Diamagnetic Field Experiments, Robert M. Haralick, Guy Obolensky and Loren Zanier.

Kevin D. Jablonski is a partner at the law firm of FisherBroyles, LLP and is a registered patent attorney before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and has BSEE from Gonzaga University in addition to an Audio Production degree from the Art Institute of Seattle. Kevin practices patent law with a focus on patent portfolio development and patent prosecution. Kevin works with a number of clients across myriad technologies with a lean toward electrical engineering and computer science. Kevin’s practice involves additional aspects of intellectual property law including IP licensing, copyrights, and trademarks. He is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and admitted to practice law in Washington State. He has experience in technology areas such as semiconductor design, analog and digital circuits, LTE Wireless, computer networking, digital communication systems, computer-related business methods, interactive software solutions, aircraft manufacturing systems, IoT systems, and computer architecture solutions. During his time at the law firm of Graybeal Jackson, Kevin worked with John and Gary Bedini to secure patents for Energenx in the field of battery efficiency and EMF recovery.
Kevin is involved in several collegial groups including being a former President of the Washington State Patent Law Association (WSPLA) and a former Board member of the Audio Engineering Society (AES) Pacific Northwest Chapter. His further involvements include, the Washington State Bar Association (WSBA), the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA), the Intellectual Property Owners Association (IPO), and the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences (NARAS, a.k.a., the Recording Academy or the Grammys).
Kevin has also developed a technical focus in the audio arts and sciences and audio-related technologies. Kevin owns a professional-grade recording studio called Hollywood and Vines and is a member of the National Association of Music Merchants (NAMM). Kevin also manages and plays drums in two bands: an Irish/Celtic band called Whiskey Gaels and an 11-piece Motown Soul Band called The Soul Proprietors. This music arts background and interest allows Kevin to branch out from patent prosecution into entertainment law to help fledgling artists and music technology companies navigate confusing landscape.

PRESENTATION: This is an overview and update on a machine that has already been discussed and demonstrated in one of our video presentations released in the past. The concept has been scaled up and if there is time before the conference to test it, it will be demonstrated at the conference with a full explanation of the setup.
Author Adam Griffin was born in 1965 and attended many different schools as a child with parents constantly on the move serving in the US Army. In 1980, after the parent’s split and his mother came down with terminal cancer, Adam went about becoming an automotive mechanic by attending the Regional Occupational Program. At the age of 15, Adam received his California state SMOG inspection license and worked as a tune-up mechanic during high school. Several years later and while spending 6 years at University of California, San Diego, Adam started a family of 7 and began his professional career in 1984 as an electrical engineer, working on high-power transmission line development, Xenon lamp systems, and computer telephony. Following that, one job after another built Adam’s knowledge, starting with ASIC development for many types of medical products (hearing aids, pulse oximeters, blood glucose monitoring circuits, PCR and ELISA systems). Then after an extended period of designing power switches and microwave sources for use by the military, Adam returned to the medical industry in sustaining cardiac ablation generators and defibrillators. During this time, Adam discovered the work of Dr. Meyl, and, and having the opportunity to see him and review his works, he embarked upon a parallel learning path, developing easier methods to learn about Scalar Waves. This resulted in six iterations (small to large in physical size) of PCBs. subsequently emerging as a small microprocessor based “Scalar Wave Starter Kit”. Adam currently lives with his family in Spokane, Washington and works as a Systems Engineer.

In 2008, H2 Global, LLC – was formed in Florida, USA to develop and market Walt Jenkins’s technical achievements and breakthroughs in the area of water based fuel production and its potential as a commercial fuel resource. Basic electrolysis as a process to generate hydrogen from water is over a hundred years old. Little has been done to increase the efficiency of this process or develop new technology to provide energy from one of the most energy abundant resources on our planet. As gas prices began to raise over $2 per gallon in the U.S. I turned my attention to examining the processes and prior art in this energy resource potential. In 2007 breakthroughs were achieved which yielded a 300% gain over prior art technologies and a rapid advancement into new processes followed soon thereafter. Water can now be turned into fuel on the fly, on demand, with under 180 milliamps input power and create a fuel which completely runs an engine. Efficiencies are considerably higher now than when we began. The technical developments are the subject of more than a dozen different patents being applied for in the field of water fuel generation. H2G energy from water systems now allow clean nonpolluting fuel to be produced from either fresh or sea water at a cost far less than oil based or fossil fuels per thermal unit. The evolution of water as a primary energy resource is now possible and H2 Global, LLC was established to develop and market this energy resource and expand the science of clean energy production.
PRESENTATION: Walt presented at the 2017 ESTC and gave an overview of his water fuel methods. Since then, Prof. Robert Haralick and two other personal associates have been to Walt’s lab and witnessed a generator running on mostly water. With a graduated tube feeling a measured amount of fuel to the engine, it ran for a certain time with a certain load. Then the empty tube was filled with about 3% gasoline and 97% water – this time, it ran even longer! Although the technology remains proprietary and goes beyond Walt’s original patent, we support his efforts in sharing the latest updates with his work because of the independently verified and witnessed tests of his experiments that prove the point.

Kurt has a B.A. in Wireless Communication Engineering from National Chiao Tung University in Taiwan. He also holds a Master of Electrical Engineering, an MBA certificate in Technology Entrepreneurship, and two Ph.D.s in Electrical Engineering and Nanotechnology from the University of Washington. Kurt’s experience includes microwave electronics, nanotechnology, and rapid prototyping. During his Ph.D., he developed a prototype to harvest energy from clean water based on fourth phase water properties. Kurt has been heavily involved in research, technology development, and business within startups since 2012. In 2016, Kurt co-founded a company, 4th-Phase, Inc., along with Dr. Gerald Pollack and Dr. Chris Gronet. Besides the over $1.5M seed fund raised, Kurt was recently awarded with the NSF SBIR for a quarter million non-dilutive research grant for the 4th-Phase, Inc.

Mike Clarke is a retired Doctor of Chiropractic, having been in private practice for twenty-eight years. Retired from that in 2006 due to shoulder issues. He was partially educated at DeVry institute of Technology and received a dangerous amount of education in electronics. That is, very little as he became homesick, left school and returned to the west coast of Canada. Then he went on to college in Idaho and later California, ending up in Idaho making sick people well until having to sell my practice and move on. His wife of 48 years and he have a small vineyard of about four acres, live on the river, are parents of five daughters and sixteen grand children. But all of that wasn’t enough to keep me from searching for something else. His partner in this motor is Norm Seid who has had quite a background in free energy devices. He has been dabbling in this since the late 70’s. Norm and Mike have known each other since 1980 and Mike considers him the answer man. He has been so excited about what they have done to this point and he believes it is the way of the future.
